Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which individuals or organisations (“Affiliate”, “You”) may promote and earn commission on courses and course bundles created and sold by We Are Funny Project Ltd (“WAFP”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By participating in the Affiliate Program and confirming acceptance of this Agreement in writing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Programme Overview

The WAFP Affiliate Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commission by promoting:

Individual online courses

Multi-course bundles (Course only. Not any course bundles that include 1:1 coaching. Bundles that affiliates can promote, and be paid from are "Zero to Hero", "All In On Open Mic", "The Host With The Most" and "The Full Monty".)

Affiliates may share a 20% discount code with their audience.

Affiliates earn 30% commission, calculated as follows:

For individual courses: 30% of the full retail course price (before discount).

For bundles: 30% of the official bundle sale price (before discount).

WAFP retains 50% of the course or bundle original price, and the buyer receives 20% off when using the Affiliate’s discount code.

2. Eligibility & Approval

Participation is by invitation only.

Affiliates do not register themselves via LearnWorlds.
Instead:

WAFP invites the Affiliate to join the programme.

The Affiliate provides confirmation in writing that they accept this Agreement.

WAFP manually adds the Affiliate to the LearnWorlds system and issues:

A unique tracking link

A unique 20% discount code

WAFP may decline participation or remove an Affiliate at any time for breach, misconduct, or reputational concerns.

3. Commission Structure
3.1 Single Courses

For individual courses, commission is always calculated on the full retail course price, before any discount.

Example — Single Course (£197):

Full price: £197

Buyer uses Affiliate’s 20% discount → pays £157.60

Affiliate commission (30% of £197): £59.10

WAFP revenue (50% of £197): £98.50

Further example — Single Bundle of Courses (eg: The Full Monty, £547):

Full price: £547 (This is the relevant bundle price, already reduced from separate pricing of £791)

Buyer uses Affiliate’s 20% discount → £437.60

Affiliate commission (30% of £547): £164.10

WAFP revenue (50% of £547): £273.50

For course bundles, commission is based on the bundle price, not the combined value of the individual courses.

Affiliates earn 30% of the published bundle price, before discount.
WAFP receives 50% of the bundle price, before discount.

This rule applies to all current and future bundles.

3.3 Tracking

Sales are tracked in LearnWorlds via:

The Affiliate’s unique tracking link

The Affiliate’s 20% discount code

A sale is attributed to the Affiliate if:

The buyer applies the Affiliate’s discount code, or

The buyer purchases after clicking the Affiliate’s tracking link within the cookie window (30 days)

WAFP is not responsible for user-side issues that break tracking (ad-blockers, incognito mode, cookie clearance, etc.).

4. Payments & Payout Schedule
4.1 Payout Timing

Commissions are paid 40 days after the date of sale, allowing for:

The 30-day money-back guarantee

Fraud checks

Payment verification

4.2 Payment Method

Payments are made via:

PayPal, or

UK bank transfer

Affiliates must ensure their details are accurate.

4.3 Minimum Payout Threshold

Minimum payout: £25
Any lower balance rolls over to the next cycle.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks & Invalid Sales

If a buyer:

Requests a refund

Reverses a payment

Initiates a chargeback

…then the associated commission is cancelled.

If the commission has already been paid, the amount will be deducted from a future payout.

WAFP may also void commissions arising from:

Fraud or suspicious behaviour

Self-referrals

Abuse of discount codes

Paid advertising involving WAFP brand terms

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

Promote WAFP honestly, accurately, and ethically

Follow ASA/UK advertising and disclosure guidelines

Use approved marketing materials unless permission is granted

Represent course and bundle benefits factually

Affiliates must not:

Bid on “We Are Funny Project”, “WAFP”, “Alfie Noakes”, or course names in paid ads

Impersonate WAFP

Offer unauthorised discounts

Mislead customers

Redistribute or copy WAFP course materials

7. Use of Paid Advertising

Affiliates must not:

Use WAFP brand terms in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads or similar

Suggest that ads are official WAFP communications

Create ads that mimic WAFP branding

Affiliates may run ads to their own audiences if:

No WAFP brand terms are used

They follow ethical advertising practices

Ads clearly originate from the Affiliate, not WAFP

8. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins once the Affiliate confirms acceptance and WAFP manually activates the Affiliate's account.

WAFP may terminate Affiliate status immediately if:

Terms are breached

Fraud is suspected

Behaviour risks damage to WAFP’s reputation

The programme is discontinued

Upon termination:

Tracking links and codes are disabled

No further commissions can be earned

Valid outstanding commissions will be paid after the 40-day clearance period

9. Limitation of Liability

WAFP is not liable for:

Tracking failures due to third-party systems (including LearnWorlds, the system that houses the courses and website.)

Incorrect affiliate link usage

Technical issues beyond our control

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Total liability is capped at commissions paid in the six months preceding any claim.

10. Amendments

WAFP may update this Agreement at any time.
Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
